We handle the tedious administrative tasks — uploading documents, tagging, managing workflows, attaching evidence of compliance, setting status expirations — on an ongoing basis throughout the year. Your team stays in control of policy content and quality; we handle the platform operations.
Yes. For organizations subject to multiple accrediting bodies, one-time packages are scoped per standard assessment, so you can purchase the appropriate tier for each. Annual subscriptions are scoped per provider physical site. Organizations with multiple sites or multiple accreditations at each site often find that subscriptions provide the most value.
Policy Attach (500 or 1000) is a focused service for organizations that have already completed their cross-walking but need help with the mechanical work of attaching documents to standards in PowerDMS. We'll attach up to 500 or 1,000 existing documents per single standard to the first attach point. This requires that customer cross-walk documentation already exists and that documents are already uploaded to PowerDMS.
For most one-time engagements, our team mobilizes within a few weeks of an executed agreement and the receipt of required customer inputs (such as PowerDMS site access, documents, and any cross-walk references). Subscription clients typically see faster ramp-up because we've already established processes and domain context with your team.
